How can I be referred to SLS?
We require a referral from the Community Mental Health Team, or from the Adult Social Care Team. Contact our Referrals & Assessment Team for more information.

How long does it take to move in?
It takes an average of 5-10 working days from the date of referral. Note, this is subject to funding approval from the local authority.

How long can I stay?
Our goal is to support residents to progress and live an independent life within 2 years. However, we understand that some individuals may have complex needs and require more time to complete this transition, The length of stay is dependent on the progress of the individual.
