What constitutes an emergency repair?

Emergency situations are those that present an immediate danger, such as significant leaks, electrical faults, or security breaches. If you’re uncertain, please call our emergency number for advice.

How long can I stay?

Our goal is to support residents to progress and live an independent life within 2 years. However, we understand that some individuals may have complex needs and require more time to complete this transition, The length of stay is dependent on the progress of the individual.

Do you have any spaces available?

Due to high demand for our services, we often operate a waiting list and availability changes on a daily basis. Please contact us to check availability. Contact our Referrals & Assessment Team for more information.

How can I be referred to SLS?

We require a referral from the Community Mental Health Team, or from the Adult Social Care Team. Contact our Referrals & Assessment Team for more information.
