A new standard of purpose and accountability
SLS is proud to announce that we have officially achieved B Corp Certification, joining a global community of organisations using business as a force for good. This milestone recognises our commitment to creating meaningful social impact, promoting ethical practices, and balancing purpose with performance across every part of our organisation.
B Corp Certification is a globally recognised standard that measures how businesses impact people, communities, and the planet. The process is rigorous and evidence-based, evaluating key areas such as governance, employee wellbeing, community engagement, environmental responsibility, and customer impact.
For SLS, becoming a Certified B Corporation reflects who we are and what we stand for. We’ve always believed that housing and care should be rooted in integrity, innovation, and inclusion — and our certification proves that these values are embedded in the way we operate.
This certification is about more than meeting a standard — it’s about how we choose to operate,” Hans Morano, CEO & Co-Founder. “We do good for people and the planet because it’s the right thing to do, and we believe that’s what business should stand for.
Becoming B Corp Certified isn’t the end of our journey — it’s the beginning of a new chapter. We’ll continue to review our impact, raise our standards, and find new ways to innovate in social care while staying true to our mission: to empower people to live with dignity, purpose, and independence.
