We are thrilled to share the exciting news that Supported Living Services (SLS) has been honoured with one of the Housing with Care Awards 2024! This recognition highlights our dedication to providing exceptional care and housing for individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism, and other complex support needs.
We won the Outreach Community Service Award. This award recognises an exceptional scheme that interacts with the wider community to have an ‘open door’ approach and how we ensure that our service and residents remain a key part of, and not isolated, within the community. We demonstrated new and innovative approaches to improve integration and engagement amongst those who do not normally engage and are isolated, and initiatives designed to create and sustain relationships within the community.
Winning this award is a testament to the hard work, passion, and commitment of our entire team. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful for the trust and support of our clients, their families, and our partners.
