How to Log In

  1. Visit our portal
    • Head over to SLS Resident Portal to begin. This link will take you directly to our login page.
  2. Enter your credentials
    • If you are an existing user, simply input your username and password in the designated fields. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password?” to reset it.
  3. First-time user?
    • Welcome! If this is your first visit, you’ll need to register. Click on “Register” and complete the required fields to request your account. Ensure you have your tenancy agreement number, provided in your initial tenancy pack.
  4. Verify your account
    • After registering, you’ll receive a verification email. Click the link within to activate your account. If you do not find the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team for help.
  5. Log in and explore
    • Once your account is active, log in with your credentials. You will be directed to your dashboard where you can access all your tenancy-related services.
