We welcome responsible pet ownership within our properties while also ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents. To maintain a harmonious living environment, we have established the following pet policy:

- Pet Responsibilities: Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause disturbances or nuisances to other residents. This includes keeping pets under control at all times, cleaning up after them, and abiding by any community rules regarding pets.
- Pet Restrictions: Supported Living Services reserves the right to impose restrictions on certain types or breeds of pets deemed incompatible with the property’s environment or potentially hazardous to residents. These restrictions will be communicated to residents during the pet approval process.
- Violations: Failure to comply with the terms of this pet policy may result in fines, eviction, or other appropriate actions as outlined in the tenancy agreement and local regulations.
- Assistance Animals: Assistance animals, as defined by the Equality Act 2010, are not considered pets and are therefore exempt from this pet policy. Reasonable accommodations will be made for residents with disabilities who require the assistance of an assistance animal.
- Changes to Pet Ownership: Residents must notify Supported Living Services promptly if there are any changes to their pet ownership status, including acquiring a new pet or rehoming an existing one. Permission must be obtained for any new pets brought into the property.
