What happens after you report a repair?
Stage 1 – Acknowledgement
Your repair request will be acknowledged within 24 hours, providing you with a reference number and outlining the next steps.
Stage 2 – Assessment
Certain repairs might necessitate a preliminary assessment visit. If so, we’ll get in touch to arrange a visit at a time that suits you.
Stage 3 – Scheduling the Repair
The repair will be scheduled at a convenient time for you, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Stage 4 – Completion
Following the completion of the repair, we’ll make sure everything is as it should be, soliciting your feedback to further improve our services.
